Prosecutorial supervision over illegal administrative trials ,which is characterized by  spatiality, dynamic, process and abstraction, is completely different from traditional protest and retrial prosecutorial recommendation against the effective administrative judgment. It is the weakest part of “Four Kinds of Prosecution”. Strengthening the prosecutorial supervision over illegal administrative trials makes difference in standardizing the order of administrative trials. The system can be improved by further researching the object, method, time and measure of prosecutorial supervision.
